Anything Mumble infers is marked. Everything else links to what was said.
Mumble records your Mac’s audio, so nothing joins the customer’s call and the room stays the same. Tell them you’re recording, as with any recorder.
Whisper transcribes on your Mac. The customer’s audio is never uploaded.
Export the map as PNG or PDF, and the summary and transcript as Markdown, ready to drop into the PRD.
Every call is a folder of readable files in ~/Mumble, so the research can live next to the spec.
