Nothing crosses the dashed line. You keep the map you build by hand.
Microphone only
Leave computer audio out and capture just your side of the room.
Claude Code or Codex
Choose which account does the thinking, or turn AI features off.
No bot joins your calls. Computer audio is captured as sound only, never your screen. Tell people when you’re recording.
